The Departments of Computer Applications & Computer Science organized a Workshop on “improv” on July 03, 2020. The Resource Persons of the day was Mr. Jay Karthik, Pre-Sales Systems Engineer at Cisco Systems, Greater Boston, USA. The resource person gave an excellent coverage on Improvisation, or improv. It is a form of live theatre in which the plot, characters and dialogue of a game, scene or story are made up in the moment. Often improvisers will take a suggestion from the audience, or draw on some other source of inspiration to get started. Around 50 faculty members participated and received certificates. It helped faculty members to be a more positive person, made them more creative, helped them to become a team player, a better listener, brought out their playful side and much more.
